Subjects: grade level is nice too

Topic: What is your lesson going to cover?

Purpose: What are the students going to do with the lesson and why do you want them to do it?

Materials: Be as specific as possible

Prior knowledge: What do the students need to already know?

Description: Help teachers and students understand what it is that you want them to do.

Time: How long will the lesson take to complete?

Procedure: What will the students actually do? (Be as specific as possible).

Suggested URLs pertaining to lesson: Not a bad idea since your lessons will be on-line.

Directions: This could be a detailed description of how you think the lessons should be done.

Questions: You could include a worksheet or questions you want the students to answer. This could be printed and turned in.

Extension: Optional
