The Regions of Colombia
Prior to giving the assignment to the students the following steps should be completed:
Students will learn about the location of the Caribbean regions of Colombia and certain characteristics of each.
In order to accomplish the goal, students will be assigned in pairs to complete a scavenger hunt within two class periods.
Students will write a paper that resolves his writings with what they have read and what they have researched online. Students will also develop a tour brochure about the Colombian Caribbean coast to enhance tourism to the region. Students will write the brochure in Spanish and include a maximum of three pictures. In addition, students must cite their work in a bibliography.
