Welcome to my web page. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri
where I graduated from high school and went straight into the Air Force.
I did twelve years in the Armed Forces where I met my husband. I decided
to leave the military to start a family. I received my Bachelors of Science
in Business Administration and Technical Management and my Masters in
Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
I worked in the Human Resource field for 10 years before I decided
to make another career change. I received my teacher certification in
2003 and have been teaching 4th grade Math and Science at Walker Elementary.
I have a wonderful husband and daughter who have supported me in my career
change and I have found that my love for teaching has fulfilled me in
more ways than I can imagine.
These pages were made through TeacherTECH,
the teacher professional development component of GirlTECH,

in Education (CEEE) with support from
the National Science Foundation and
Rice University
