Welcome to the homepage of .... Jane Allen Librarian - Hoffman Middle School

Hello.....My name is Jane Allen. I am the librarian at Hoffman Middle School. This school is a 7th and 8th grade building in the Aldine Independent School District. I have been the librarian at Hoffman since 2002. I am a graduate of the Palmer School of Library and Information Science of Long Island University. I received my Masters of Library Science degree in 1995. I have lived in the Houston area since 2001. My husband's job was transferred that year. We moved from New York. My husband, Jim, and I have two children - a daughter, Betsy, born in 1976 and a son, Michael, born in 1978. I have really enjoy being a part of TeacherTECH. I would recommend it to any educator, who has an interest in computers. The teachers are very supportive and helpful, and my fellow students are a lot of fun.
