Present Oblique and Isometric Sketches

Objective:  Graphic Design

Activities:

=      Complete Peer-Evaluation of Sketches

=      Give feedback on the best sketches and Web pages communicating what learned

=      EC – Design a Valentine using Paint and Design TOOLS

Practice for TEST on Excel Spreadsheets

(1) Week 6 Work Report from data collected last week.

(2) Calculate 6 weeks 4 average and do “What if” scenario.

 

Wednesday

TLW:

Use Excel Spreadsheet to Test ability to create a Work Report for Week 6 and calculate 6 week 4 average.

Objective:  Desktop Publishing and Data Analysis

Activities:

=      TEST ability to use Excel for Publishing a Work Report and analyzing 6 week 4 grades.

Follow Up/HW:

Finish any incomplete work for 6 weeks 4 – must be turned in tomorrow!

Describe desktop and electronic publishing.

Objective: Applying Technology: Communicating Information and Ideas

Activities:

=      Complete Grade Data Spreadsheet and Feedback from Excel TEST

Friday

TLW:

Understand the value of pictures in communication and how photographic messages are designed.

Objective: Photographic Communication

Activities:

o        Take 8 photographs of your box that was drawn in Paint:

§         Oblique: (1) top-right; (2)top-left; (3)bottom-right; (4)bottom-left

§         Isometric:

·         (5) horizontal line, angles at left end-point;

·         (6) horizontal line, angles at  right end-point;

·          (7) vertical line, angles at  left end-point;

·         (8) vertical line, angles at  right end-point

o        You should use a SOLID colored background

o        Connection of Science/Technology/Humanities to your box

o        Brainstorm how you are going to tell a story and communicate the message of your box using PowerPoint.

Get 6w4 grade data reports from all your teachers.
