NSF GK-12 Undergraduate Fellow

University of Houston

 

 

LaTonya is a native of Houston, Texas. She was chosen to participate as a fellow in

the 2001-2002 NSF GK-12 Fellows Program, and will be assisting at Patrick Henry

Middle School with math and/or science lessons. LaTonya is currently a senior biology major

at the University of Houston-Central Campus. She hopes to one day pursue a career as a

medical doctor in the area of obstetrics and gynecology.
