Different ways of solving quadratic equations

We can solve quadratic equations in many different ways

One way is by factoring. If you want to solve x²+5x + 6 = 0

You can factor, (x + 2)(x +3) = 0

By setting each of the factors equal to zero, x +2 = 0 or x + 3 = 0, x = -2 or x = -3

Another way is by using quadratic formula.

In the equation above a = 1, b = 5, c = 6
