Opening Mail

  1. Open your personal Address book, and click on Groups.
  2. Click on the Add Group button.
  3. Enter the Group Name and Description.
  4. Click on the down-arrow next to Members to open the Names dialog box.
  5. Use the Address Book drop-down to choose a different Address book (optional).
  6. Highlight a name you want to add to the Group, and click on Add. Repeat this until you have all the names you want.
  7. Click on OK to insert the names into the Group document.
  8. Click on the Save button and then the Close button.
