Ethel R. Coop Elementary School

Welcome! Come sit and read for a while. You see I am the Librarian at Ethel R. Coop Elementary School and reading is one thing I enjoy. I am a transplated Yankee, coming to Texas in 1979. I grew up in the state of Pennsylvania and got my Secondary Education degree in History from Shippensburg State University. I obtained my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and my Media Specialist certification from Sam Houston State University. I am currently in the Master Technology Teacher program with Houston ISD and now serve Coop as the Librarian and the CCIT.
